The Seasons was actually done over a 5-year period starting in 2019 and began at the start of Spring when a bluebird flew from the fence in my backyard to the woods in the distance. We experience all four seasons in their extremes where I live and each leaves a mark on the ground, air, and people.

For many of us in CNY, while it is the shortest of the four, Autumn is our favorite season. The air cools, the sweet corn is at every farm stand on the honor system, the leaves begin their transformation to the reds and golds and browns that make our landscapes some of the most beautiful in the world, and there's football.
